Welcome
About Me
I am an educator, strategist, and consultant with over 18 years of experience in curriculum design, leadership development, and organizational transformation. My work focuses on helping individuals and institutions create learning environments that are reflective, inclusive, and purpose-driven.
At St. George’s University, I serve as the Director of Faculty Leadership Excellence in Academics and Development and the Director of the Master of Education program, where I design and lead strategic initiatives that support faculty development, culturally responsive teaching, and community-engaged education.
Beyond academia, I am the Founder and Owner the Green Paradise brand, Grenada's first lifestyle education retreat brand. I am also the Founder and Executive Director of the Education Collective Grenada (ECG) Initiative and the Co-founder and Chair of the Community First Council (CFC)—two organizations dedicated to educational empowerment and sustainable community development.
My approach to consultancy blends academic depth with intuitive, human-centered design. I specialize in leadership training, organizational wellness, teacher development, and strategic planning for educational growth.
Grounded in my Grenadian heritage, I believe that effective leadership begins with reflection, collaboration, and care. My goal is to guide teams, schools, and organizations toward sustainable success through intentional learning and transformative practice.
